Ahh, its cool, and I understand. I use to be 80 pds overweight and very self conscious as well. And yea, it does take a lot of patienceto get to a happy weight. Part of it, for me, is to try not to think about it and to make a lot of these good routines a part of your life. And yea, you can work out your body to make it healthier... I know thats what I did.

If this gets to personal, let me know and I'll let the subject go...

But your always posting topics about how people comment on your looks and all... why don't you post a pic of yourself?
