Really simple, you post a pic of someone, it can be anyone, someone famous, someone you know, someone dead, whatever, and the next person says weather they would 'Hit it' or 'Quit it'! If you know something about the person, use that when deciding, don't just base it on looks, if you don't, I guess looks alone will have to do. If it's a person of the same sex, either pretend you're comfortable with your sexuality and vote, or wait till someone of the opposite sex replies and post then. This is to prove that there is someone out there for everyone, while one person might not find a paticular person attractive, another person might. So I guess I'll start it off;
