No not everyone has them or has met them. but discuss who they are share

Ill start mine is Odin I met him in a dream 3 days after my mom bought runes for herself. and ask her who odin was found out threw me the runes and said I guess these are yours.

My spirit guide is my grandfather. He's been alongside me ever since he died back when I was about 4.

here's the thing... I have seen a lot of things that get me to wonder. And these ain't exactly things I understand. I have family that are Wiccans, Pagans, and Druids... so I ain't totally dumb-founded. But I have this Black Shadow like being that shows up when there is a lot of negativity going on. It is like a male built and very tall. My sister, who is Wiccan, thinks that this being could be my spirit guide. It just comes in a form that won't scare the crap out of me... what do you think?

nah if it come around during negitivity if I remeber right its a manifestation of it and is a being that should be told to leave. black shadows are usuly never good.

Well, I should...but the bad thing is...I wonder if mine aren't like bears, or Odin or anything, but the characters I've come up with for my novels that I work on...

mabey they were based upon em. theres a dif between animal guides and spirit guides but animal guides are ez cause think of an animal you see all the time and are drawn too what is it? I can tell ya what they stand for bc each animal has its own powers or gifts that they help you with. ant btw theres sooooooooo many spirit guides by diff names. I met odin not even knowing who he was or that he was the norse god or that he also created the runes lol. Tall muscular bald man with no shirt in my dream put his hand out said Hi im odin I said him i'm jamie. so things happen and theres so many ways to meet them. and most likely if your a writer you prolly write a lot from your 3rd eye. and you prolly know which parts also just think about it (without thinking lol)
