TAKEN FROM THE YOUTUBE VIDEO
Where the idea of an inerrant Bible came from, why it's not a solid belief, and why you shouldn't focus your criticisms against it so much.

My sources:

The New Testament: A Student's Introduction 4th Edition by Stephen L. Harris copyright 2002 McGraw Hill, California State University, Sacramento.

A Concise History of Christianity: Second Edition by R. Dean Peterson. copyright 1999 Wadsworth Publishing Company.

Some miscellaneous sources from Wikipedia if you can't get these books:
Walter Rauschenbusch - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
John Nelson Darby - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Scofield Reference Bible - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fundamentalist Christianity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bible - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I found it interesting thought I should share.

Thank you for sharing this, I think this is a very good thing for people to know... Christianity isn't supposed to be some boring thing, it's a dangerous faith... and I really do appreciate this. Being able to rely on God to work through whatever he will, instead of limiting him to the Bible, is a really freeing stance on life.

Thanks, Noz...

Good lol.
I thought it would be nice to have more content from all sides not just the Atheist view.

My question: where is the Holy Spirit that's supposed to inspire people to God's wishes (thereby making his Bible infallible, rather than having them squabble over what fits and what doesn't)?

If anyone has an answer, start a new thread.

I'll also add that this guy is missing Brett Keane's point... he's trying to break apart the easy arguments Christians use so they'll look at their beliefs more objectively...
No doubt he hopes they come to the conclusion they're incorrect, but if they find greater truth in what they believe because of it then it was at least worth the effort. Smarter arguments will come.
