After being legalized in 2005, so much controversy has come up from it that all the denominations are meeting (beginning yesterday, continuing today) to vote on whether or not they will be blessing same-sex couples.
So far, the running is:
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Canada (ELCIC) - No
(This is the one my dad and his wife are a part of)
Anglican Church of Canada (ACC) - Yes/no
(They have decided that same-sex marriage does not conflict with their core doctrine, but they have yet to decide whether or not they will bless the marriages. In effect, it's leaning towards 'yes'.)
I will add more once they have decided.
Here's a link for what's happened so far. I'll try to stay on top of new news.

edit: whoops. Seems I missed a merger between the Lutheran denominations, they've merged ELCIC (Evangelical Lutheran Church of Canada) with LCC (Lutheran Church Canada) to get CELC (Canada's Evangelical Lutheran Church).
At least, that's what I think happened... I'll find this one out, too...
