Absolutely enraging. They may as well ban inter-racial marriages, inter-class marriages, inter-eye-colour marriages, inter-religious marriages, inter-family marriages... anything else based upon arbitrary circumstances.

Everyone is fucking equal, for fuck's sakes, who the fuck are you to tell them that they can't enjoy the same privileges that you do because they happened to have been born different. This is a classic fraud on the government's part by making one religion exclusive: Christian marriage, and it's rules. It's in violation of the First Amendment and ought to be taken up with the Supreme Court on those grounds.

LOL, hey I resent that! HAHA...ok maybe we do have one too many cheese heads here...honestly though, I am incredibly dissapointed now. This state use to be one of the leading states in change towards the future...now we are digressing.

For instance they passed that law that outlawed civil unions among any people, whether hetero or homo, and it made marriage purely between one man and one woman. One day I was sitting in a cafe in my home town and just looked around me it was right after the Marriage referendom had been passed banning same sex marriages and civil unions in November 2006...and I could not help but shed a tear. And now it is punishable to get married outside of state? EVEN THOUGH COMING BACK WE WOULD STILL BE DENIED THE RIGHTS OF A MARRIED COUPLE!?!?!?!

I do not understand why it is so hard for people to get over themselves...I guess I'm moving out of state as soon as my college is over with.

I still can't understand why the government is telling us how to live almost every facet of our lives. I wanna become President to pass a "Do It Your Damn Self" Law. Which means that YOU take responsiblity for raising your kid and that YOU decide if you should marry a woman or a man and quit pestering the goverment about it.
