I think the next president should be...you know...honest and trustworthy. They can hire someone to teach them how to send and e-mail.

Another thing: In order to get someone that's computer literate in office, they'd have to be below the age of 40...and perhaps doing so would get the government and all the retards off gamers and tech-guys' collective backs. Calling games evil and whatnot.

Ahahahahahhahahahaha. McCain can't use a computer? It's funny even though it isn't vote swaying, not that I was going to vote for him anyway. It is kinda sad though, I mean I guess he has people that go and find what they deem important enough for him to look at which would save him time... let's just hope those guys aren't corrupt and he doens't end up quoting The Onion.

I love the picture mocking it with a red arrow and the word FAIL. The website made me laugh, and if he ever gets elected, his non supporters will be using this like Non-Bush people use his word-inventing.

Also, who fuckin' cares if a president doesn't know how to use a computer and the latest bullshit technology? It doesn't have anything to do with running a country.

Wow guys, a lot of these answers really surprise me...

You don't think it would benifit the president of the US to know how the internet works, let alone know how to use it? Did I hear that right?

The internet is a tool, if you know how to use a tool compared to someone who doesn't, you have an advantage... I would think knowing what the internet is and how to use it would be incredibly useful to the president, he would be completely up to date on world issues, be able to send and recieve emails (which is a lot more useful than memo's that take days to reach their destination), be able to communicate with world leaders on a whim, dude, there are countless benifits to knowing this shit...

McCain not knowing how to use the internet makes him seem like an old stubborn asshole who already has all the right answers and doesn't need to look anything up on the "whachoo call it"...

I'm not saying it's absolutely 100% essential, but without a doubt, it would help the man or woman do their job a lot better.

edit: after reading my post, I realized it would really only matter if everything was legitimate and nobody was corrupt...so fuck it, disregard this, because it isn't and they arent...

LOL although I'm not sure how confident I feel of a president relying on google for his decision making.
