Yeah, damn that was pretty bad, but I've seen way more instances where McCain fucked up during a speech. He not only fucks up, but confuses Al-Qaeda with the Taliban, Iran with Iraq, Shia with Sunni, makes tasteless jokes about 'bombing Iran', lies about how Iran is training Al-Qaeda, then says 'nobody hates war more than a veteran' yet has a foreign policy that promises more war for years to come which will produce more death, distruction, pow's, and veterans... If I were Obama, I would be tickled pink such a man would want to go up against me in a debate. (but I don't think Obama loves the feeling of pwning people as much as I do...)

Personally, there really haven't been too many presidents/presidential candidates that have faired well without someone holding their hand through the thing. That's why personally, I think they should be forced to write their own shit.
