Counterpunch: Hillary's Assassination Politics

In conjunction with THIS THREAD here, this is an article from counterpunch highlighting some recent comments from Hillary. Sorry if this is old news to anyone, but I've been away for the last week, and have not been following news at all.

So...basically...this article proves she's a stupid bitch from a family that can't win anything unless their opponents are "disappeared".

Proves is too strong I think, but it definitely supports that idea, as well as reinforcing the notion I was suggesting.

She seems to be really good at Freudian slips, eh? You know...this kind of reminds me of the LBJ conspriacy...you know, people thinking he wanted Kennedy assassinated.

These "Freudian slips" are psychological conditioning in my opinion.

When I was in college, my friends pulled a lot of pranks. Most of them were harmless and very few destructive (but when they were......whoo boy

) but the best trick I learned was to hide right out in the open.

Hillary has put the idea of an assassination on the table. Why would someone responsible for such a thing bring this up? She couldn't possibly be the one to do this now because she said it right?

Or she said because that's exactly what she wants people to think. It's like when McCain "slipped" and said he was a liberal, or when President Bush infamously said "our enemies never stop thinking of ways to harm America, and neither will we." It comes off as an "oops" moment, but all these "oops" moments have way too much decorum of Truth for my taste.

IMO this is a way to manipulate the masses into going back to sleep. Hillary's comments prove they continue to get ballsier, which isn't as hard as you might think for her

I still can't see her planning an assassination after all of the innuedos and now balant comments about offing Obama...though, if I remember correctly, I think most people (news reporters and radio-show people) were taking it as a political assassination or whatever they're called...like, them saying/doing something that makes them lose the favor of the public. Are they called political assassinations? Like, there were rumors of clips of Obama's wife saying "Kill whitey" or something...

I never really liked her in the first place, nor do I think she'd be capable of running a country. but that's just me.

Yeah that was the rumor, with no substance as far as I know to back it up.

And definitely it could mean that as well, but it was more the fact that she specifically mentioned 2 things.

1. Bill's last minute June victory in CA

2. RFK's assassination.

So basically, she's saying that she's waiting for a miraculous victory, or for an assassination (political or otherwise).

Plus they were circulating figures showing Hillary winning the popular vote, but supposedly those figures included Florida and the other state that held primaries too early so their votes didn't count.

It's all really convoluted. I just feel it's rather ironic that I bring this up and then a week later she flat out says she's hoping to gain from such an event, if it would occur.

Also, I'm a person who believes all supposed "coincidences" have some level of significance, so that's definitely influencing me as to why this article holds some importance.

I hope that Obama is unharmed, however, the thought keeps rumbling around in my head.

And Alyssa, I totally agree.

Okay, so she's all but said that 'something' may happen to Obama to allow her to win...do you think she be so bold and/or stupid to do it now? Especially since most people would look to her as the person that made him have an 'accident'?

I'm betting plane/car wreck or something...

Oh yeah. I doubt it will be like JFK style, if it happens at all.

Plane/car crash would be much more believable, and arouse less suspicion, and WAY easier to cover up.

I hate to say it as a Ron Paul supporter, but Obama is not so terrible, and while I disagree with him, I respect his candor and his values, much in the same way I respect Paul's.

My bigger concern with Obama being elected is that he's naive to the system, and will be bamboozled into it, along with his socialist tendencies, and marriage to special rights for non-whites.

Most of the "scandalous" stuff around him is petty at best. I do have some questions about him, but this isn't the place really.

Before I get too far off, my point is that as much as Obama makes me nervous, I'd be much happier with him than McCain or Hillary, and my fear is Hillary will do just about anything to get back into power of the White House again. They're already attempting to with political propaganda, accusing the DNC of boxing them out and the alleged popular vote that she's ahead in.
