Chavez loses constitutional vote - Venezuela - MSNBC.com
The link above is to an MSNBC article on Hugo Chavez. Recently, he provided a bill in to which he hoped to get rid of the article in the Venezuelan constitution over how long of a term a president could serve. By the comments and quotes that Chavez gives I would say he's saying "Well you caught me; fine I won't be your dictator. But, good job on the test!"
Maybe not, but it just seems that way. Thoughts?
(I thought it might be interesting because we're on tight terms (the US) with this country right now.)
