Does anyone think this is a good idea for a drawing/painting?

I want to draw an elegantly dressed women (in a blue dress) that has a sickle made of ice for her head. She will be dancing with a man who is melting in a giant ballroom. I want to make it have kind of a dark lit feeling to it (like an orange yellow tint) and they will have the floor to themselves.

If anyone else would like to draw this that would be awesome. I haven't used hairspray and graphite in awhile. I would just really like to see that idea come to life.
