I hate being sick. It sucks so bad.
I feel so worthless.

Another thing is it is 80+ degrees here and I am running around with a jacket on because I have a fever and that makes me feel as if I am freezing.

I hate that shit though. It tastes so bad and cough syrup makes me sick. It is so thick and snotty.
Daniel had to hold me down on the bed and sit on me so he could make me take it. I ended up just throwing it up.

Another bad thing to do is to have your head tilted back when you are taking it because that makes it worse. If your head it upright then it goes down and doesn't gag you. That is where Daniel messed up.

That and he sat on my stomach that was completely full of cereal.
I am glad that is what I threw up. It smelled like Cap'n Crunch and everything.

Personally I've never really relied on Tussin and all that crap thats out there. I'm like the old fashioned guy, when I get sick I dedicate 2 days to sleep and getting better as much as possible. Usually all other things can wait a few days even work and school, but I realize some things come up that cannot wait so I get those out of the way ASAP. I drink lots of hot tea with plenty of lemon, when I'm sick I eat almost nothing but if I do its something home made and warm, and this year I also started taking "Airborne"(sp?).

I almost never get sick and when I do its usually for 2 days out of the year, and by the second day I usually feel a whole lot better.

If your symptoms get bad take a Tylenol and try to get some sleep.

But yeah in general if your sick, don't bother try to do everything you normally would, you'll only end up prolonging your own misery.

I usually hate taking meds and I love staying at home and resting it off.
The only problem is that when I took the day off from work yesterday, I wasn't able to rest at all. I tried going to sleep but my room was too dirty, so I cleaned it. That led to me washing Daniel's clothes and then my mom made me go check my sister out of school because she had a head ache.
When I got back, I finally got ready to lay down. As soon as I got my clothes off my mom asked me to give Beaner (her chihuahua) a bath. I give him a bath and then she asks me to use a 'good smelling' shampoo. I use hers on him and then she told me to use the shampoo for bringing out natural highlights. So I put that shit on him.

Then I have to take a bath.
I get done, lay in bed and passed out for a good 15 minutes. The next thing I know it is 5:40 and Daniel is home.
Daniel starts playing the game. I get under the covers and to go sleep.
Ten minutes later...here comes Ian to visit.

It was fucking horrible and that is why I decided to take DayQuil and come to work today.
