MD5 and Sha1 Decryption

.>.> Pstt....hey, you! Yea, you! I was wondering if anyone knew of any good MD5 and Sha1 decryption utilities. A service that I host encrypts in MD5 and it is making it impossible to retrieve users passwords. So...can anyone help?
