So ever since I was about 10 I had this strange ability, I call it an ability because it happens way too often to be just a coincidence everytime. So what it is exactly is I'll just be sitting somewhere doing regular things, normal life stuff, and out of nowhere I'll think of a scene from a movie, just something funny or something that stuck, then brush it off and forget about it, then later either that same day or the very next day, that movie will come on tv. This has happened to me a lot of different times, it happens so frequently that when I get the innitial scene in my head, I write down the name of the movie, and I'd say at least 95% of the time, it works. I've even showed a couple of my friends, and nobody can explain it.

It just happened last night, I thought of that scene from the movie Armageddon, where Grace and AJ are chillin eating animal crackers, I have no clue why that popped into my head, but then, a couple hours later, it came on tv. I hadn't seen or heard of that movie in atleast a few months...

fuckin' wierd...

anybody have any insight into how this might work, or what's your 2 cents?

I suppose that it may be possible that why sitting watching TV or just being in the same room as a TV, and you weren't even paying attention, your subconscious heard that and you thought of it. That's the only way that I could explain it.

Nah. I think it's more.

I think a lot of people has a certain ability. My step-mother used to have faces pop up in her mind then the person would show up. I can see plot points (in the case of books or movies) that there's no way I could know, but I saw them way in advance. I can also see the intent of a person and why they act in a certain way.

This all sounds so mystical, but I think it's just the amazing power of the mind.

I think that's pretty cool. I believe that people have these abilities...not neccesarily to tell future or anything but little things like what you can do.

It happened again last night, I had a dream about my buddy from childhoods dad, I don't really remember the dream all that much, just that he was in it for sure. Then today, completely random, I saw him... I havn't seen or thought of the guy in atleast 2 or 3 years...

Also, yesterday I thought of that comedian Mike Berbigula...and I am now watching his 1 hour comedy special...
