This to me is just hilarious. I mean, I know that the majority of these applications are pretty much just composed of CGI but, coming from the imagination of someone who works in IT, I could only imagine how much demand that would put - not only on a system, but on a network - that has the unpleasant duty of taking these applications.

I mean, I'm aware that some of the technology (emphasis on some) is real and is currently being used but, some of this is just overkill.

While you might not be able to pipe an entire cities-worth of gas to the one location, blowing up your enemies, it IS possible to overload generators and cause them to overload and shut down. It's even been tested:
