This is definitely not my creation but, it is definitely a hit during the holidays, especially christmas and new years:
Puerto Rican Eggnog a.k.a. Coquito
28 oz. Coconut milk
2 cups of Rum (substitute with alcoholic beverage of choice)
14 oz. condensed milk
4 egg yolks
Place ingredients into blender, blend until well mixed. Pour into a bottle and refrigerate until cold. Serve in small glasses and sprinkle top lightly with nutmeg
