Marketing Ideas

We've been talking about marketing and putting the word out for others to learn about this website. I strongly believe that all of your ideas are helpful and important, but I have a concearn:

the

logo is not going to be enough. How's people going to recognize the logo and go to this website if they don't know that it is called BeastToast.com?!?!?!?! We also need a catchy phrase! something to stick in people's minds a give them a feel of the website.

I know of two places where I can get t-shirts with the logo made, I'm going to investigate prices as soon as I get a chance. I know you probably don't want to order them from me, but it's just another resource, and I 'm thinking on making my own. I don't think they're too expensive. I'm planning on using a

someone made and posted on a thread.

I don't know if you all know Chick-Fil-A; it is a well known chiken-sandwich franchise that uses cows for its marketing campaigns. Chick-Fil-A also uses catchy phrases such as "The cows say 'eat more chicken.' You can investigate more about it here. Anyway, let me know your ideas.

I hate chic-fil-a and it's marketing strategy but I'm also a strict vegetarain.

I read somewhere that Chad's database was getting too full and needed to raise money to update the host. He also said he wanted the site to get bigger. How does the google banner work? will that help pay for the host and advertise?

yah the banner pays on a basis of how much it gets clicked. The new server he wants is 120 a month it will help a little

hopefully I wont have to resort to banners

I really want to start selling shirts, sell them for the base price it cost me to make them then have a dropdown menu for the price where you can add $1-5 as a donation.

But yea that sounds like a good section, Ill put it up under the main cat.

i think it's a better idea if you just go ahead and price them a few dollar over the base price so that you can be warranteed to make a profit and add the donation drop down menu in case someone wants to donate more.
