I still Love my EX..... Need Some Help

ok here is the situation so it makes the question

me and my x were together for about 8 months when i got tired of her trying to control me or not allowing me to hang out with my buddies (i go off-roadin in my truck) so we had a huge fight and i told her to f**k off and now i regret doing that because she is the first girl that is almost exactly like me most of the time when i went out with the guys she got pissed off cuz she wanted to go but i didn't want her to go for the fact that i was looking to get some time to myself and with my buddies. i mean i understand that she wants to spend time with me but don't all guys and girls need time to theirselves with their friends... but i don't know how to apoligize to her and tell her that i still want to be with her. and i am pretty sure that she still wants to be with me because of the way she talks to my friends and still calls me...

well here is the question...

How do i apoligize to her and try and work things out without looking like a moron and what should i tell her about the time to myself???

Help on this would be amazing cuz i still love her...

Seriously though, I would say just tell her the situation. You love her but you need some time alone every once in a while. That is completely understandable. And sitting down and leveling with her will probably make her feel more involved in your life even if she isn't with you all the time.

tell her your sorry about the fight, and that you still want to be with her, but mention that you need some time to chill with your mates, and point out hat ti doesnt mean u love her any less, but say you just need some time on your own occasionally, and point out that u having time to spend with your mates might cause you to have less arguments when u r together.

To add to what has already been said, you can take her sometimes. I mean, you don't always have to hang out with them alone. Not that I'm saying that it's bad that you want that time sometimes.

I also concur that you can't always save face on this stuff, sometimes you have to come out and say that you shouldn't have said it like that, or whatever you felt that you did wrong, and that you honestly still want to be with her.

Obviously, there aren't magic words you can say to win her back (not even "I'm sorry"). You need to apologize, certainly, especially for telling her to fuck off, but you need to be sincere and she needs to accept the apology. I do, however, see how you would have gotten fed up in the first place. Obviously you need space for yourself, and if you took her along with your friends you wouldn't have the same experience with them. However, bear in mind that perhaps she is just a little curious about the experience, and trusts you enough to introduce her to it.

I would need a better description of how she was controlling you before I can offer advice for putting a stop to that.

Tell her everything you just said here. Everyone needs time apart but most likely for her to feel better about it would be to take her with you SOMETIMES but not ALL the time.
It sucks when we feel left out and left behind so show her that you would like for her to be there with you, but you also need your time apart.
