Yea, need some advice i guess



It's been 2 years now, no major issues...
but now my doctors are freakin' out that i'm gonna die sometime in my "near future" (no date, so i say "BULLSHIT!")

anyway, it's cuz i apparently have dangerously high blood pressure.
but i am still around! tyvm! although i haven't been able to lose the weight, even with sports and "drinks" to help along.

got some ideas? maybe a harder regime? idk, it's gotta be stuff i can do at the house 'cuz my parents won't let me out o' their site. and i can't buy equipment either...

i am dieting and all that icky stuff. tried everything. literally.


so, now i'm calling on the toasties!!

*sorta off-topic: i did do a tag of the BT on a few binders today... they are washable cuz i don't want to get fing suspended. lol*

you could try getting some excercise dvds. they can be quite cheap if u get them from the right place. they will make sure you are excercising everything and warming up and down properly. i find doing a dvd easier then excercising on my own because i have something to watch and listen too.

umm any really, i like rosemary connoly but my friend doesnt. she does one called 5 day fat burner which is ood coz it has 5 different 10 minute work outs which yo can either do alone or string some together to make a longer one if u r feeling energetic. i also like doing step dvds, but any should be good

If you were 18 I'd say get a job at Walmart in the General Merchandice recieving bay and eat subway everyday, the listed healthy ones.

Lost about 10 pounds inside a few months, mainly from sweating so much and running up and down a unloading belt 4-6 hours a day.

My recomendation for you . . . three 3000plus piece semi trailors of Walmart merchandice a day for one month and call me in the morning

A friend of mine has been on a 2100 calorie diet, and he has already lost 10 pounds in a couple weeks. So that could help.

Also, losing a lot of the stress in life could help. Don't just accept any exercise program that will help - find something that you will find relaxing. Oh, and stick to it.

I've tried counting calories...
let's just say...my family wasn't much help. >.< wouldn't buy the foods i needed and i can't drive myself to the store (again, the whole don't leave w/o us there, but we won't go there, thing)

further, they won't let me get a job at a retail store; only for "private" owners (mainly, neighbors or themselves...mostly neighbors)

my current regime is fairly the same; unless i've done some random thing for community service; like working on a ranch during the weekend. interesting work.
