Yea, need some advice i guess
It's been 2 years now, no major issues...
but now my doctors are freakin' out that i'm gonna die sometime in my "near future" (no date, so i say "BULLSHIT!")
anyway, it's cuz i apparently have dangerously high blood pressure.
but i am still around! tyvm! although i haven't been able to lose the weight, even with sports and "drinks" to help along.
got some ideas? maybe a harder regime? idk, it's gotta be stuff i can do at the house 'cuz my parents won't let me out o' their site. and i can't buy equipment either...
i am dieting and all that icky stuff. tried everything. literally.
so, now i'm calling on the toasties!!
*sorta off-topic: i did do a tag of the BT on a few binders today... they are washable cuz i don't want to get fing suspended. lol*

umm... i did some push up stuff, with sit ups, followed by crunches..move on to wall sits; occasionally i'd "run in place" but i prefer these things called "mountain hikers" hah, hard to describe. other than that, i do have some 12 lb weights. ermmm... from there, it varies; sometimes i'll do stepper. other times i'll just stretch afterwards.. only a few times have i done jumping jacks (my hips KILL when i do those.. yeah, i don't have the best hips to do exercise with. and i can't take painkillers cuz i tend to get dependent on 'em...even when i don't need 'em. it got bad enough that i lied to get 'em. :/ something i'm not proud of in my life. hence i stay away from ALL medicine.)
what diet?
not a name anymore. i kinda just mashed certain rules all together: small portions, eat the "recommended" amount spaced out throughout the day. a few times i just don't eat b/c i get real nauseous. (like when i eat breakfast. hate eating breakfast) uhhh, drink fluids; try to knock down on the sugar. turns out i'm a caffeine and sugar addict too (ok, not "addict" but heavily dependent. couldn't do cold turkey cuz doc said school made me this way and if i go cold turkey there's no hope i'd be able to do it w/o dying. Really. doctors are drama-kings.)
help at all?

You need to set a proper work out regime for yourself--make sure you're doing the ones that make you lose weight rather than gain muscle. Running and other such things will help. Stretching is vital.
I don't know much about dieting though. Sorry.

my only prob is we can't figure out which ones make me lose weight as my weight as maintained itself over the last 2 years. i haven't lost. and i haven't gained. i don't think i'm gaining muscle; just my right arm. i fcking hate stretching, hurts like bloody murder; but i'll take your suggestion.
it's aight.
thanks for ur advice ^^

Stretching after and before workouts are important. Stretching before loosens the muscles, while stretching afterward keeps the muscles from cramping.
Lifting weights builds muscles. Cardio (running, dancing, etc) are more for losing weight.

My sister has the exact same problem, I think she takes 2 types of medications for the high blood pressure.
Eat healthy and excercise correctly and consistently, and you will lose weight and drop the high blood pressure. There's certain types of foods that help lower it too, like cherrios for example, I think oatmeal is good too.
It shouldn't be too hard, I mean it's your health, if dr.'s are telling you you should be dead, then you should prolly consider it to be pretty serious. You don't want to die right? Just drop all the shit that is bad for you and replace it with what is good.
That small amount of excercise will do hardly nothing for you in the long run, if you want your physical activity to be effective, you have to keep your heart rate up for a certain amount of time, I think ideal is somewhere in between 115-140 beats per minute for like a half an hour each day. That's like a slow jog or a fast walk for a half hour per day. Do that for 8 weeks, eat cherrios or oatmeal for breakfast each day, and don't drink anything but water and watch that shit skyrocket back down to normal.

ah, aight...
i eat pretty healthy already (i eat "Special K" instead of Cheerios)
lol, i don't give a damn if i'm dead. but eh, i'd rather not deal with them freaking my parents out. they're a pain enough as it is.
i can't leave my house. unless it's school. recommend something i can do inside my one-story house?
thanks to both of you

What do you mean you can't leave your house?
That sort of limits the amount of things you can do... jump rope, hit a bag, cycle on a stationary bike or jog on a treadmill, swim..
