Opinions please?

So, there is a concert coming in May that I really want to go to. The only problem is I wont be able to invite my best friend because shes moving to NY soon and my sister will be in school. I doubt I would invite my sister because she wouldn't like it anyway. This only leaves one more person to invite unless a fellow toastie nearby decides they would like to take me with them to a mindless self indulgence/Birthday Massacre concert in Baltimore and I doubt that is going to happen.

There is one person I can think of that would probably go with me.....

My sons mom.

Do you think it would be a bad idea?

I mean, it's just a concert, right?

Well, if you're desperate for someone to go, and you explain to her that nothing else will happen, then sure. If you can stand her, take her.

If I lived closer I'd definitely go!!

I don't know much of your history with her so I don't know what to say, but If you can tolerate then I guess It's alright, plus you'll be enjoying the concert too much to give a shit about it

I wish you could go. I have not seen Birthday massacre yet in concert but they are on my list of must see bands. I also have been looking out for the next time cruxshadows come. I accidentally missed them last year. If I see the cruxshadows anyone that really knows me can tell you if I get up front I will probably cry because rouge is so hot and has the sexiest voice ever! I know, thats pathetic.

The only really bad thing is I will end up fighting with my parents more. My mother will kill me if I hang out with her. I really don't know what the results would be. I should probably be more worried about them than her.

She would be taking me if she decides to go because I don't drive and there is really no way around them finding out. Theres nowhere I could walk to and meet her and I don't know anyone that would take me to meet her.

hmmm.....

Maybe I could figure out a strategy. I will need to work on this one. I still need to find out if she wants to go though. I doubt she has even heard of either of those bands but I think she will like mindless self indulgence. Personally, I only like a couple of their songs.

Get your parents to go out that night as well, and when they leave, have her pick you up.

What about your sis? Can't she drive?
