i cant do this
i need help im in 11th grade my 1st and 2nd marking periods were terrible my third was alright but im afraid im gonna fail this year cuz i suck at earth science history english and math i use to be the bomb at math what happened i cant fail my mom would be so disappointed and i want to be a lawyer you see my mom didnt graduate and im the oldest so she expects more out of me i feel so bad because i cant do this its too hard how can i do better my teachers dont really help at all i ask for help and all they say is i already went over it and its in your notes but i dont understand their notes i cant fail this year its too important. what can i do?

Try to find a tutoring program in or even outside of your school. At my school, we have a Student Support Center, where students can go if they're having troubles with certain subjects, or even if they just need someone there to stay on their back to make sure they get things done. If you don't have any programs like that around, maybe ask a friend (who understands what you're having troubles with obviously) to tutor you. And if you don't want to ask a friend, maybe even try to find someone else at school. Also, if the teacher you have isn't willing to offer help, try going to a different teacher that teaches that same area. I often go to a different teacher for math help, simply because the teacher I have now doesn't teach in a way I can learn. That's all I can think of, sorry if it's no help. Good luck though! :]

In my Junior year I failed one class, and was going to a school where you had to pass every single class to graduate...so I switched to another school (turns out back in '99 you could go through all that without your parents knowing until the day school started lol, and yes they were pissed)  If not there is always summer school (assuming you don't pull the grade out of the gutter.) |

But it could also help to get a tutor. I've always done well in math and my 11th grade year was my major fall out. I ended up staying or coming in early to get help from my teacher and stayed after school everyday for a study program until I finally pulled my grade up. Even after I got the grade up I still went to that study program because it was a structured atmosphere and I was less likely to get distracted..
