Your grammar doesn't seem that bad to me. But just be friendly to people, that's what I try to do, in real life, it's kinda hard for people to approach me, 'cuz I look like a crazy person, even when I'm being quiet and not attacking the midget robots that are trying to put babies in my brain.

Try practicing at home with a mirror when you can.

It sounds silly but I promise you it helps.

This might sound simple, but just be yourself. Once your comfortable being yourself, then you'll have no problem talking to people. Yes, it's harder then it sounds, but its something everyone usually goes through. Once you figure out who you are, talking to people will be easy.
