can you give me some advice?

I have this friend of mine from DA. It was my fault putting up my msn address without knowing that it'll show on my page....
This friend of mine had first talked to me when I said I accepted requests (for drawing) for a short while. I drew the thing she wants. Then just when I was about to forget about her she added me on msn
At first I played a small role play with her then every time she sees me (my computer is set to atomatically log into msn when turned on) she was talking to me. Even if I told her I was busy for the week, she'll ask me to draw or play with her. I can't block her because 2 of my close friends know her and are friends with her too. so if I just move on to paint chat room, we often meet there because we use the same one and I don't know other ones...
ah and everything she asks for is about her own chracter and what SHE likes and what SHE wants to do.-_-;;; i understand she likes her character alot but....

so okay thanks for reading all that. What do you think I should do?
On the other hand she seems like a elementary~may be 6/7th grade (by how she acts)I don't want to hurt her feelings by saying straight to her but I don't think I really like her.
should I:
1. just say it straight to her
2. give her some hints that i don't like it
3. ask her to not talk to me for a while
4.others(comments please)

When dealing with situations like this, you have to think about the message you are sending her. Ultimatley you should let her know that you appriciate her friendship but that you arent interested in any other way, if thats the problem. you have to let her know what your intentions are... or simply the fact that there are none. also let her know that you wont be interested in any close relationship because of some reason like 'i dont like to date people online... ect.' eventually, if you continue to send that message, she should get the point.
If she doesnt... just tell her straight up. you cant play mr nice guy forever.

Tell her you're busy, and sorry but you don't have time to do drawings for her or play rp anymore. Just straight out, pretty much in those words.

Tell her that you're busy, and if she persists tell her flat out that you're too busy and stressed for her childish shit. I guarantee she'll either get the idea and back off, or simply leave you alone entirely.
