It's a very interesting idea, and maybe even a good one at that. While I don't think it's going to be a huge thing and really "take off" or anything, I do believe it will make way for tons of new ideas and "methods" that could, one day, possibly revolutionize how servers function. It may not happen with this specific product, but it'll be that innovative spark needed to fuel a lot of flames. Good ones.

I did some further research on it and I agree, it does have a potential to take off. It'll definitely help home users in terms of knowing where to back up their data.

I am pretty sure that there needs to be a certain functional knowledge of servers though, which is the only thing that I may see as a stumbling block. But from what I am seeing, I agree with you Lesman, 100%. if anything, this does have the potential to present some new ideas, perhaps something revolutionary.

In my opinion, whomever comes up with that good idea will definitely change the role and the image of a server, permanently.
