Engadget stopped by Art Lebedev’s CES booth and took pictures and a little video of the Optimus Maximus keyboard

This thing is amazing, but pricey.

Also, on their website, you can view some concepts including a fully touch-screen keyboard. Pretty "out-of-the-box" stuff.

Does it do anything special? That thing just looks like a regular keyboard to me. My buddy has an awesome one, I'm not sure on the name, but each key lights up with a blue light so you can see the keyboard in the dark, it's got a little screen at the top that works with practically any application, like if he plays music, the info of the song will come up, or if he plays a game, like an fps, the ammo will display on the screen, it's pretty tight.

What's so special about this one? (forgive me, I didn't read any of the specs, I just looked at the pics...)
