Just fucking click "yes" when it prompts you to install, don't click "no" so you can do it later, because it will fucking remove key programs that iTunes needs to run.
Or, do what I did, and click "no", have your computer sabotaged, and send Apple a scathing e-mail containing threats of legal action against their misdemeanour if they repeat the offense.
Not once in the EULA does it state that they reserve the right to sabotage your computer if you refuse to update.
Anyways, if you're feeling lazy, 'yes' is still the lazier answer.

What happens to me usually is my library gets all screwed up. When I open iTunes, there's like 2 or 3 copies of the same exact song, only one of which actually works, so I have to go through and delete each link to each fucked up song.
I think it has something to do with the "manage library" thing, like when it asks if I want iTunes to manage it or if I wanna manage it myself.
It works beautifully for me every time! Quit hating on Steve Jobs!!!!!!!!!!!
