Ok well a while back I reformated my hard drive because of spyware issues. Well I when I got everything set back up my internal 6 in 1 media card reader was never found. Also I have to open this software that came with my motherboard and make it do a jack sensing test to find my speakers.
If anyone could help that would be great.

What kind of computer do you have? That would definitely help in the troubleshooting process.

With that computer, should have come CD's for the motherboard which pretty much install drivers, BIOS updates and applications to deal with the hardware on your system.
Once you find and execute the setup programs on those discs, you should be fine.

I would go to the site and see if you can find either drivers or some sort of firmware for the media card reader. Sometimes sites will do that.

Thats the problem, I dont know what brand it is(Since it was a free gift when i ordered my pc). I posted this on another site, they said to open my box up and un plug it and then plug it back it. Since its kinda like a plug & play device. Would that be a good idea?

You know what? Sometimes windows is really stupid like that. In some cases that will work. Try it and see what happens.
