he head of the
Federal Communications Commission and other senior officials said on Monday that they were considering taking steps to discourage cable and telephone companies from discriminating against content providers as the broadband companies go about managing heavy Internet traffic that they say is clogging their networks.

Here's the funniness of it all. I know the downstream and upstream capabilities of my Internet connection and of course, I've not been getting anywhere near the 30 Mb/s of the speed that was advertised. A cause for concern on my end? Maybe.
