Smile Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE Fonts reading problem

So I had to reformat my computer, and now the secondary drive thinks it's C because sata is retarded like that. So now when I try to install fonts for adobe photoshop 5.0 LE it's retarded and it wont read them because the path is set to C:/windows/fonts, is there a way I can tell it to read from the right drive?

Edit: Oh and I'm using windows XP professional with service pack 2.

It says it might fuck shit up, and I dont wanna lose any of my files if thats the case. Is it safe to do that and not lose all my data on whats called drive C but which is secondary drive which needs to be drive D?

Edit: Never mind I tried doing that and it wont let me assign. When I try to remove it says I can't And assign is always grayed out.

The only other thing I can think of is to take everything that's on the fake "drive C" and put it on the real one, then reformat the fake C drive. Also...what is your optical disc drive lettered as? It's usually "D".
