21st Century Necessity - The Cellular Telephone Device
As an avid texter and caller, i have done away with landlines and use my cellphone 24/7. These little pocket miracles are probably the most used tool known to man, next to the hammer and cheese grater. but they are potentially dangerous too... like people talking on their celly when driving, and not paying attention to the road. or signals with frequencies flying through your brain (next to your ear, hopefully). And if a young child were to chew on it, it could explode in their mouths? not to mention it's probably made with lead-based paint. and despite these facts, our very lives DEPEND on it.
All in all, i love using a cell phone. now here's my problem: i switched from verizon to at&t recently, and noticed some small differences. i never experienced dropped calls or bad connections until i used at&t. they cost about the same as verizon too. and now im stuck with a freakin 2 year contract and a shitty cellphone (nokia 6130 or something like that). i think i got ripped off.

AT&T connection works fine for me... aren't they the "least amount of dropped calls" commercial too? Thats kinda funny, maybe not for you though. Why'd you switch?

You are aesthetically pleasing,
the reason for which I first noticed in you.
And later I found your personality equally pleasing.
I also noted your chest to waist ratio is suitable for birthing.
Therefore, I think you should live in my house.

And I use Verizon too, and I think you can get out of it for an early cancellation fee. Unless you can catch the errors violating the contract, which I doubt because the writers probably knew about it and left it out. >>

Is it? I'm thinking that's Verizon. I never get calls dropped, unless I'm in a really big building at school with like 4 brick walls between me and outside. I've had like a dozen over the few years I've had one.

I frigging hate AT&T! I NEVER had a problem with Cingular until the two of them merged.
Now I almost always have dropped calls. And sometimes, I won't even get a call, and someone will ask me why I didn't answer.
It's ridiculous!

I had problems with Cingular, and now it's just getting worse. The only reason I keep it is because the person I talk to the most has it.

I have an iPhone with a T-mobile pre-paid SIM card, its hella cheap for my needs, plus I HAVE AN IPHONE!!! wait it gets better....
I HAVE AN IPHONE WITH NO F**KING 2 YEAR BULLSHIT AT&T CONTRACT!!!
I'm in Europe right now so I have a local pre-paid SIM card and it works perfectly, although sometimes there is a delay with text messages but I had that problem before too with other phones, but it is annoying when someone gets your text message two days after you sent it. The only thing that sucks about T-Mobile is the crappy connect time. When someone calls me and I pick up it takes a few seconds for the connection to get setup because in those first few seconds I either can't hear the other person or they can't hear me or it cuts out randomly, its kind of annoying but I've learned to deal with it.
