I am a philosophy minor at the best school for philosophy in my city, houston. Phenomenological is pretty easy to understand if you can explain it in simple terms:
It is regarding a philisophy based upon experience itself as a method for developing and determining philisophical, universal truths. So every day you wake up and brush your teeth, then you eat your breakfast, and go to school or work: this is a phenomenological experience, but it would be one more so if you were immediately aware of your eperience. Aristotle, who was an immediate sense realist said that everything within the supernatural realms, this is the subject of metaphysics, could be understood through ordinary experience. it is one of the most important things to understand bc there are ppl out there, philosophers ofcourse, who have all these radical claims like nothing exists.... we do not know anything.... skeptics will be deluded be those radicals and those innocent, those who are unaware of their fallasies toward a downward spiral of nihlism.
