*New Beast Toast Administrative Team* - Page 2

As many of you may know, there will be some changes taking place on BeastToast after one of our Admins had resigned late last night. We will be organizing the staff structure as follows, and will be reforming the forum's structure to better suit the goal of BeastToast. Here is the proposed staff list:

Beast Toast Admins: Nøz, eXosYn, SARS-expl0ted
Super Moderators: HeartAttack, Opunaya,
Moderators: Ginevra, SeaStone, Arcángel, Brother of Yeshua
Awesome List: Chad, Opunaya

I miss being a mod, I didn't even really wanna give it up but I had no choice before. But I don't really want it now, I don't want any real responsibilities on BT. I'm not fit for it right now, nor do I deserve it. Besides, I'm gonna have lots of work ahead of me. I'll still do my part by making BT merchandise!! hehe.

I believe the general idea was to concentrate on getting four mods that are constantly at the site to oversee the entire board, and if we go back to our size two years ago, we'll add on more as we get larger. I, personally feel that four to six mods are the most we'll need if everyone's online.

As for the current mods, they will recieve a "VIP" status will give them access to the MOD/ADMIN forum and the ability to post in it, but not the ability to edit posts. We felt that restriction as well as consolidation were the best ways to achieve a higher traffic rate across BeastToast. Don't take it the wrong way, we still love you, but we need to concentrate on getting the forum to be as popular as it once was.

I feel that we have an amazing base of people, we just need to concentrate on bringing back some people to the toast.

We will start a marketing campaign at the end of this month which will include, but not limit you to: the ability to post a code on your MySpace to have a banner at the top of your page, the ability to copy code used in bulletins via MySpace and Facebook, and images for promotional use for BeastToast.
