Ok well basically your referral link is under the navbar, get other people to sign up using it and you will gain points.

The more active the users you refer are the more points you will get. This will be a long competition about 3 months. But the winner will receive $100.

So have fun and refer alot of ppl, ill be explaining more of how the system works and ill also be fixing the the usability and look of the contest. (right now i need to write a college paper)

POINTS

10 points for a referral
5 points for a indirect referral (BOB refers bob->JANE so bob gets 10 points but JANE refers bob->jane->JOE so JANE gets 10 points but BOB also gets 5 points.)
2 points for your referral posting a thread
1 point for your referral posting a post

EASY WAYS TO GET POINTS

Post your link in myspace bulletins
Place it in your signature on other forum sites
Send your friends on your favorite IM service the link
(be creative)

It shouldnt be hard to climb the rankings... All you need to do is refer a few active members.

Members who already have referrals will have a head start because their referrers will gain them points based on activity.

no cheating... like owning multiple accounts and posting as your own referral. Ill be checking at the end.
