So.
One of my jobs is making sandwiches for rich people in a Deli.
One of my favorite perks of this job is that I get free sandwiches, and I can create anything I want!
All the while wearing latex gloves.
We call it sandwich surgery.
Today I made the BEST sandwich I've ever eaten.
I call it...
The Green Monster.
On Veggie Bread.
Cream Cheese.
Avocado.
Sprouts.
Romaine.
Green peppers.
Tomatoes.
Scallions.
Onions.
One slice of Havarti.
It's a meatless wonder.
Anyway... What's your perfect sandwich, and the story behind it?

I are belonging to Ristaron.
I used to work at a deli and my fav. Creation was WAY on the other side of the spectrum of sandwiches:
The Porker
Footlong Bun (top)
Mayo
Tomato
Swiss Cheese
Bacon
Ham
Spicy Mustard
Footlong bun (bottom)
all toasted and melty and DELICIOUS!!
On the healthier side I once won the "Most Unusual" Category in a sandwich making contest w/ this Gem:
Wheat Bread
Mayo
Green Bell pepper
Sliced Apple
Peanut Butter
Wheat bread
Sounds a bit wierd... But it's gooooood I guarantee.

Would a poboy count as a sandwich? I think it does.
Well I lovelovelove shrimp poboys seasoned with Tony Chasere's-it's cajun seasoning for anyone inexperienced with deep south foods and spices-
And I love roast beef poboys with mayonaise only.
Anyways. The best place to get the shrimp poboy in my city is wintzells. Best roast beef goes to Polman's Bakery, THE one and only bakery you can get the best cookies or brownies or pettifores or just about anything bakery.
But yeah. They're the best.
