Mine was these almond and vanilla biscuits with coconut icing I made a couple of week ago. I made a big batch of them (first time I was making them) and I gave them to everyone lol and they loved them!
Ohh and this vanilla and honey bread stuff that I made yesterday was really nice too. I know that it doesnt sound that appetizing but it was really nice I really felt like cooking something sweet and we had no butter in the house and there was no dessert recipie that I had that didn't include butter so I just chucked in some stuff and made this really yummy bread stuff. It was the best, but we all ate the whole thing last night... So there is none left
So, tell me - What is the best food you have ever cooked??
Prolly some awesome meatloaf, or encheladas. I like cooking. I hate when people don't take it seriously, or half ass it, I mean, if you're gonna do something right, hell, it should definently be cooking. I take pride in everything I cook, 95% of the time whatever it is comes out bomb, but the encheladas definently stick out in my mind.

Ooo Herb roasted chicken. I surprised myself too. I didn't think I could cook something like that. I got a lot of praise for it too.
Then there was a Salmon that I pan seered. And A potato casserolle kind of thing.
All very very delish.

I don't cook much but I love my bacon. Juicy, not crispy, which my mom is usually the opposite way on. >>
I'm with your mom on that one kid, crispy bacon is awesome!
