Ok well I had my babyboy 10 weeks ago. Pre-pregnancy I weighed 120 lbs. During my pregnancy I gained 25 lbs. So far I have lost 15 lbs. But I still have 10 more to go...
Any other mothers or physically active people who can give me good exercise tips.
As for dieting, I'm not doing anything extreme. Just watching my portions of what I eat. It helped in shaving on the first 15 lbs. But these last 10 seem to be inlove with my body...lol.

Well I don't highly recomend it, but Fuze is an appetite supressent. Although, being 16, someone may think that you are going to combine it with vodka, as a lot of people do.
I should be able to give you a lot of tips, considering my mother is a personal fitness trainer, Spinning, pilates and Yoga instructor, but I can't think of anything at the moment.
I'd say continue with what you are doing, or try some yoga. (I need to start doing that too.)

Hmm, I might just do that. I been just trying to watch what I eat & exercise a bit. & it seemed to work but the last 10 lbs. have become harder to lose.
& first I want to go down to my pre pregnancy weight, then tone my body a bit.
