Out of curiosity, what kind of hair product do all of you use and why? Is there a particular brand or type that you prefer or does it matter? Shampoo and Conditioner? Other stuff?

I like Dove shampoo and conditioner because of the way it makes my hair look and feel and because I like and support their self-esteem videos.

However...

Whenever I have time to spare I want to learn how to make my own organic, natural shampoo and conditioner. That is my goal.

I love Aussie products!
Right now, I'm using their Cleanse 'n' Mend shampoo and conditioner.

I've used Aussie for years now. Nothing else makes my hair feel as nice!

I like herbal escences, because they smell yummy
but i find that head and shoulders makes my hair feel really soft and nice

I use Garnier Fructis, just because it smells great and the conditioner makes my hair really soft.

i use the new Silk "Waves" one. Just shampoo. (i don't think they even have a conditioner)

which is good, cuz one of the reasons is cuz it doesn't make my hair greasy (conditioner is essentially oil, so it adds instead of gets rid of grease)

and it tames some of my waves; although they have their own way of rebelling now by becoming exceedingly curlier.

and its smell isn't repulsive, hardly any scent by the time i go to school.
