Gaining Weight
I realized that when I was younger and more athletic, I weighed a bit more then I do today.
I want to kind of get back to that state but I am not sure what I should do to get there now that I am older.
In high school [when I was athletic] the heaviest weight I got to was 108.9. I have ALWAYS wanted to at least reach 110 and stay there but my metabolism is super fast. I eat like a horse and I sit around all day whether it be in the office or at home relaxing.
I just started working out yesterday. I do everything I use to do in high school minus the running part of it because I haven't found anywhere to run yet.
I do push ups, sit ups and mountain climbers. Those are the basic things I did when I was in NROTC.
A majority of what we did was running; running the mile, bleachers, burn out, etc.
Can anyone else give me any more little things I can do at home to build up a little body mass?

What type of push-ups are you doing? Girl ones? Or just regular? I say do some inclines, and perhaps by some small hand weights.

Uh...regular ones. Haha. Fucking girl push ups do nothing for me. Plus, that is just an easy way out.

I love JROTC. Anyways I think you should be lifting weights. Thats how most people get there weight.

Eh. I don't have any weights. Our complex has a gym with weights in it along with treadmills and what not but I can run on a treadmill for HOURS and not get ANYTHING from it.
Well, I use to could when I was in ROTC. Haha. Probably not now. I might go see today after work.
Yes. ROTC was fun. I hated the classes and I hated the people but I LOVED working as a team and I LOVED being pushed to my limit without be treated like a girl or whatever. Senior Chief would always try to take it easy on the girls [especially me after I got in my wreck] but I told him to not treat me any different and from that point on, he never did. I always did double of what any of the girls did there.
I am extremely competitive.
He thought I ran fast when we took times until he saw how I was in competition. I ran myself so hard on the 440 one time because we got so far behind as soon as I stepped off of the track, I blacked out and passed out. I brought us up from 5th to 2nd place.

I think you should do incline push-ups if it takes a LOT of them to affect or. Or even verticals, if you think you're capable of them.
