Free From Flesh

Trapped within a dark, dark cage
Suffocating, trying to escape
Cutting my flesh just to watch it bleed

Filled with emotion and bottled up rage
Deepest thoughts suppressed, secrets unrevealed
Longing for release, freedoms what I need

Flesh and blood are the prison of my soul
Bound to a world thats not meant for me
Wondering each day why I must wake

Falling deep into into a cold, dark hole
Only one way out, destroy the prison I'm in
I must break free for my own souls sake

Making that one deep cut to seal my fate
Blood flows so fast as I fade away
Awaiting what resides on the other side

Euphoria comes over me as I approach deaths gate
The body now dead I leave behind
On the other side I will forever hide
