it was a story written by stephen king in....well i forgot what the book was called but i read it when i was a kid. Its about a mist that suddenly shows up monsters come out and people hold up in a store and try to survive then eventually they wander out and try to search for others.Uhhh it was a pretty damn good story when i read it, it was in the same catagory as the raft.There is some pretty hilarious plot twists too in the story which i dont know if you guys wanna know them not anything major to the story but funny tho.

It was in the book "Skeleton Crew" a collection of short stories. One of King's best short stories imo.

I'm really excited about the movie, especially seeing how they do some of the "monsters" they described in the book.

If anyone can get a copy of the book to read it, it's the first story in the collection. It's worth a read.
