Diary of the Dead - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's suppose to re-establish the Dead franchise...but last time I checked, the Dead series--while it did have social commentary subtlety put within it--the movies didn't beat you over the head with it like this one did. Still, it's not too shabby of a film, I just don't like being preached to.

well .. i watched it on youtube. acting could've been executed .. maybe a little more intense, but it made an impact, yeah.
the message was a bit ... yeah, they were kinda shoving it down your throat. haha. but it was a good film, i enjoyed it.

Yeah, I picked it up on the cheap, and it's another monster movie for me to have to relax to...

I couldn't stand this movie for some reason. I had to turn it off before I finished it.

I don't know about you all but I thought this movie was great. It was certainly better than the "Dawn of the Dead" remake and "Land of the Dead". It wasn't on the greatness of the original but it's certainly good in my opinion.

The bar wasn't set very high when compared to the remake Dawn and the new Land. Like I said, I liked it, but it wasn't as good as other camcorder movies to me, the voirce-over might've thrown me off a little.

You mean the voice-over in the beginning? I kinda thought that could've been done out with but at least it was short in my opinion.
