NFL Picks - Week 4
For fun, I'll pick based on team & spread. I'll try to keep explanations short. Spreads based on information from The Star Ledger.
Sunday, September 30th, 2007 - I underlined my picks based on the spread & italicized my picks based on which team I think will win outright. Oakland +4.5 @ Miami - I refuse to believe Miami is better than Oakland Houston -3 @ Atlanta - I still believe that an injured Houston team is better than any 2007 Falcons team. Baltimore -4 @ Cleveland - Browns are flukey. Chicago -3 @ Detroit - Chicago Defense will be exposed. Green Bay -2 @ Minnesota - Green Bay's Defense to shake, rattle, & roll over Minnesota St.Louis + 13 @ Dallas - I have benched Mr. Marc Bulger. New York Jets -3.5 @ Buffalo - The Jets can do something with their offense. The Bills won't. Tampa Bay +3 @ Carolina - The Buccaneers are back Seattle -2 @ San Francisco - There is a new top dog in the west. Pittsburgh -6 @ Arizona - Two QBs = No QB Kansas City +11.5 @ San Diego - San Diego will win, but they are not good enough to cover this. Denver +9.5 @ Indianapolis - Denver is not good enough to cover, let alone upset. Philadelphia -2.5 @ New York Giants - Everyone thinks the Eagles found themselves. They played the Lions!! I like Giant upsets. Monday Night Football Monday, October 1st, 2007 New England -7 @ Cincinnati - Rudi Johnson's OUT status clarifies this pick.
