Nintendo officially unveils Nintendo DSi and online store, coming Nov 1 in Japan for $180 - Joystiq

Eh...I seriously am not too excited. I guess that might be because Nintendo pissed me off years ago when the GameCube came out and then I disowned them when the DS came out.

It seems like it has some pretty cool stuff on it but...meh...

Personally, I'd buy a DS before a PSP. For the simple reason that it actually has games. If I wanted what the PSP is capable of in portable form, I'd get a laptop.

I didn't buy a PSP either and I am not planning on it. The furthest I went with hand held gaming was the Gameboy Color Advance and I got that for free. I don't think that the hand helds are worth it these days unless you live a busy life and need to game wherever you go because you're constantly traveling, working, flying or just on the go.

The games they have been putting on them do not make me want to play them on a hand held. The games would be a lot of fun but on a console and not a hand held.

this looks pretty nice... I have the older version of the DS (no not lite... think OLDER lol) and well the hinge is so well used it just isn't very usable anymore .... and to think of it.. I haven't seen it in a while... :/ *looks for it* any way!!! I'd get this.... >.>;

I have a psp too only for Monster hunter <3 and I do play harvest moon on it once in a while, and i like that dak game and this other game I got for it too don't know the name of it, but not too many good games out for it :/

That looks awesome. I don't know whether I'd buy it or not though. It seems like everything these days is going touch screen. Everyone wants these electronics that can do everything. I must admit i am a sucker for playing with them especially phones. I like this new one and I was thinking about getting a DS Lite but decided agaisnt it, maybe I'll get this new one coming out whenever it actually does...I dunno but it looks pretty cool.
