Honestly, I think them banning those things is going to cause more people to lash out and dress that way because that is kind of how 'Goth' works. They do things differently to make a point. I mean, grunge and punk as well. They dress like that to express themselves as being different and a majority of them are highly educated and talented.

As for the whole 'emo' and 'scene' trends, I do not see them as a movement because they aren't standing up for any kind of 'beliefs' or any other point besides 'I cut myself, get over it' or 'Don't make fun of my tight ass pants.' 'Goths' dare to be different and 'Punks' fought against the society.

I cannot wait to see how this one turns out, I am going to keep reading up on it.

As for them banning the music genres, that is a little extreme. I do see where they are trying to go with it and all because they think it is affecting the people. So, yet again, people blame some sort of media for other's actions instead of taking the responsibility of the matters.
