She reached the spot where he was, but he was not there.
Where could he have gone? She yawned and turned to look around, but he wasn't there. Didn't follow her or wait for her. Had he just given up on her? Gone home and left her to fend for herself?
As tired and frazzled as she was, it put her in quite a mood, and she began to get angry with him.
I did ignore his advice, but what was I suposed to do? Maybe he's used to seeing people get screwed over while he hides, but I'm not! And I still don't know where I'm sleeping! Damn it all! I'm going to go find him, though it probably doesn't help that now I have a REAL headache!
She marched with irrational anger, going once again the way she had came. She started walking past the coffee shop, when suddenly she felt her head pound. It hurt a lot on top of her own headache, but she forced her eyes open, hoping it was Matthias and not someone else. Looking around she realized the only way she wouldn't see him was if he had gone down an alleyway to her left. So she went.
Walking around she saw a lot of plants and the coffee shop's sign.
A back door? Maybe he was waiting! She walked over there, trying not to step on the plants; they were everywhere! When suddenly a blade came out from nowhere at her neck, she hadn't the time to think, she just shrieked and threw her hands up behind her head, so that her arms were folded infront of her neck, her eyes wide.
In the last moment she saw it was Matthias, and then she slammed her eyes shut but the blow never came. Peeking open her eyes, she heard him chastizing her for sneaking up, and it set her off immediately.
"It's not my fault you go around disappearing and then not knowing where -I- am! You weren't behind me, you weren't back where I left! And inbetween all of your rambling I've gathered that I can't just go stay at an inn! And you! Swing your sword at everything that moves, is that all you do, with your great reflexes you can't check who you're swinging it at? Huh?"
Breathing heavily, she finally stopped for a moment ot hear what he had to say for himself.
