I recently started reading the book, "The Secret" and their advice on losing weight is to think thin thought and set the goal of a "perfect weight" for you. I know 5'0 tall I'm supposed to be between 97-128 lbs, maybe less and I'm more or less an hourglass figure with large breasts and the fatter I get the bigger they get and have quite the behind now
And I struggle with the idea of what body I would like whether I'd want a waifish figure like Nicole Richie (she's only 1 or 2 inches taller than me), curvy like Kim Kardashian, Pam Anderson, or something you might see in Playboy except I don't like all the women's boobs,

I was looking at some of it online and there was this one chick that was skinny but her boobs were just way too big.
So anyway I don't know how I would look at 90-97 lbs, or 120 lbs, I was that weight and around my height at age 12 and I have like 34C breasts and a little chubby. And I've always felt fat.
And yes I know a lot of the Playboy girls are enhanced so I can't exactly go for the 20" or less waist with the C/D cup breasts.
I'm currently 215-220 lbs and a DDD cup. And even though my butt's big, I swear my stomach's bigger, ewww
I just don't know what to do; I thought about trying a semi-raw diet or semi-vegetarian.
