My mother goes to church, and she attempts to get my brother and sisters still living at home to go to church. I live 2 hours away from them, so going to counseling with them would be...I do not know the word right now, but it would be hard.
My father doesnt go to church because he has social anxiety...lets just say anything he could do, he has a depressive/anxiety disorder to make it so he does not want to/ will not do it.
He has been seeing a therapist for the past 11 years...he has been on a countless number of drugs, and been in and out of the mental institute for the past 11 years as well. According to my mom the drugs are just making it so he doesnt kill himself. Well...whats the point any more? Like I said, he is just a lump on the couch..an empty shell. It would be an emotional loss of course, but it would not change much, then my mother could be free to be happy (except for the debt). I wish for so much right now.
