I dunno, I wonder sometimes how much it has to do with culture. Since straight is what's taught [mostly], which is not surprising as it is the match that produces children, it's what most people grow up believing they are going to be attracted to, and society will definitely tell you what to think is attractive. Some people for one reason or another may find themselves being attracted to the same sex, which could either mean that outside influences just pushed them in another direction, or that it's nature kicking in and them not denying it. Just thinking out loud... in text... whatever...
