My sister has the exact same problem, I think she takes 2 types of medications for the high blood pressure.

Eat healthy and excercise correctly and consistently, and you will lose weight and drop the high blood pressure. There's certain types of foods that help lower it too, like cherrios for example, I think oatmeal is good too.

It shouldn't be too hard, I mean it's your health, if dr.'s are telling you you should be dead, then you should prolly consider it to be pretty serious. You don't want to die right? Just drop all the shit that is bad for you and replace it with what is good.

That small amount of excercise will do hardly nothing for you in the long run, if you want your physical activity to be effective, you have to keep your heart rate up for a certain amount of time, I think ideal is somewhere in between 115-140 beats per minute for like a half an hour each day. That's like a slow jog or a fast walk for a half hour per day. Do that for 8 weeks, eat cherrios or oatmeal for breakfast each day, and don't drink anything but water and watch that shit skyrocket back down to normal.
